Start a Telegram ban case
Reach our Telegram ban service on Telegram or WhatsApp. Send the public link and the rule it breaks — we'll tell you honestly whether it qualifies before any work begins.
What to send us
- The public t.me link or @username of the channel, group, bot or account
- Links to the offending posts, plus screenshots with dates
- Which guideline or law it breaks — scam, impersonation, phishing
- Any context — e.g. it's impersonating your project or support
How it works
- You message us with the public link and the violation.
- We check whether it genuinely breaks Telegram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- We document the public posts and report through official routes.
- We track the decision and follow up or escalate if needed.
We act only on genuine violations and never run mass or false reports. Clearly illegal content is escalated to [email protected] and the appropriate authorities and hotlines.
When to message us — and when to go elsewhere first
- A public channel, group, bot or account is genuinely breaking the rules — a scam, impersonation, a phishing bot or illegal goods — and you want it reported properly. That's us.
- Your own account was wrongly limited? Message Telegram's @SpamBot directly — that's the official route to check your status and ask for a review.
- Child-safety material or a credible threat of violence? Contact your national authorities and the relevant hotline first — that never belongs in any paid queue.
Checking whether a case qualifies is free, and we'll tell you honestly if it doesn't. We never guarantee a ban — only Telegram's moderators decide — and we never run mass or false reports.
